Paul is the Director of Future Talent and Skills at Skilled Futures, where he leads the development of training programmes, employability initiatives and career pathways that support individuals into employment, apprenticeships and further education.
Paul is passionate about practical education, improving social mobility and working with employers to develop the future workforce and create meaningful progression opportunities.
Adrian is the Sales and Marketing Director and is passionate about supporting young people to access meaningful career opportunities and build confidence through high-quality training.
He works closely with employers to create clear pathways into work, connecting talent with real opportunities and helping businesses develop their future workforce.
