Employer partnerships are crucial to the success of our Bootcamps in a number of ways. Firstly, by having the opportunity to contribute to bootcamp development and delivery, ensuring learners are taught a relevant curriculum, and also by providing access to short placements and job opportunities. In turn, employers get access to candidates who understand events from the get-go, without costly recruitment fees.

Funding is available to employers who refer existing employees to bootcamps for upskilling:

SMEs: 90% government funding, 10% employer contribution

‍Larger businesses: 70% government funding, 30% employer contribution.
